We have yoga, pilates and tai chi lessons

When you stay in a cottage, you can enjoy the benefits of a range of yoga, tai chi and pilates classes. We provide the equipment and mats.

Monday to Friday short breaks can join in (subject to a place being available) the lessons .

those joining us for a weekend break – Friday to Sunday or Monday, may like to enjoy the Friday night 6.30 class. This class is either a yoga Nidra class or a Gong bath.

Please visit the website and explore the timetable. The timetable is updated the week before your stay and you can enquire with the teacher of your chosen practice, to reserve your place on the mat.

Yoga and Pilates short breaks are available here at Dalesend Cottages.

If you are staying here at Dalesend Cottages during a mid-week short break a variety of yoga and pilates classes are available to book by Dalesend Cottage guests. There is a timetable of classes to choose from and – subject to availability, you can reserve a place with the teacher and enjoy a mat class in our YogaSpace Yorkshire studio. Classes run Monday to Thursday and are 60 or 75 minutes long.

We offer Hatha, Yin, Pilates, Kundalini, Tai Chi, Yoga Nidra and Gong baths. Please explore our yoga timetable to see if there is a class you might enjoy. All mats and props are provided. Simply turn up in appropriate relaxed clothing for your reserved class and join in.
