We are happy to help all those booking directly with us here via this website. We are sorry we cannot answer emails from you if you have booked via a third party – the protocol is to ask them the question to be relayed by them to us if this is before your arrival day.

How to find us
There are many charming scenic routes to Patrick Brompton. The most direct route is from the A1. Our postcode is DL8 1JL. You will need to check the booking notes we send you (if booked directly with us) as the satnav does take you to the wrong entrance gates.
Once you book with us online, you’ll receive a welcome pack and travel arrival information by digital download. The postcode tends to direct you to the wrong gates (thanks google) so be sure to read your booking notes.
